So many retreats offer a beautiful week away, only for old patterns to return once you are home. Karine Chalmers designed her Bali healing retreat for women differently.
Your healing begins months before you travel, through the Unique Alignment Blueprint: twelve one-on-one sessions with Karine, online or in her Engadine clinic, combining clinical hypnosis, coaching, nervous system support and energy work.
Once the inner work is complete, you join a small group of women for five days in Bali to celebrate your transformation: traditional water purification ceremonies, the Pyramids of Chi, sound healing and breathwork, massage, a floating breakfast, a cooking class and plenty of time to rest and explore.
You are supported one-on-one before you leave, so you arrive grounded rather than exhausted. The group is small and nurturing, and every detail, from airport pick-up to your driver, is taken care of.
